Attached you will find my DS-DE COMPLAINT of Election Fraud against Wesley Wilcox, Marion County Supervisor of Elections. 

My complaint was submitted by email July 28, 2025 to Cord Byrd, Secretary of State, Florida Department of State, Office of the General Counsel. My email of July 28, 2025 is forwarded below. As of today I do not show a response from the Department of State. 

Earlier today I learned I did not send this complaint to the correct email address: OECS@DOS.FL.GOV. So here is the complaint again to OECS@DOS.FL.GOV

Complaint to Ocala Police Department Complaint August 22, 2025 to Chief Mike Balken, Ocala Police Department re Ocala Mayoral Election. This is a complaint for violation of my civil rights against Wesley Wilcox, Marion County Supervisor of Elections for an incident August 1, 2025 when an employee "Candy" refused to accept my voter registration, and kept pushing the papers back at me, rather than accept them. Attached are two videos I made of myself in the election office at the time of the discrimination by Candy. Also an issue getting maps of the City of Ocala. First Amended Complaint provided to the Ocala Police Department.

Wesley Wilcox, CERA, is the Supervisor of Elections for Marion County, Florida. He was first elected on November 6, 2012, and re-elected in 2016, 2020, and 2024 without opposition. Wesley has been with the Marion County Supervisor of Elections office since 2001, starting as the Systems Administrator and then promoted to Assistant Supervisor, a position he held for seven years, before being elected. Wesley possesses almost 40 years of experience in the Elections profession, is a nationally Certified Elections/Registration Administrator (CERA), a Master Florida Certified Elections Professional (MFCEP), and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.

Highlights during Wesley’s tenure: Implemented a new Voter Registration system in 2001 and was a member of the technical team for the successful 2006 deployment of the state-wide voter registration system. In 2007, he administered a full county-wide release of Electronic Poll Books, one of the first jurisdictions in the State of Florida. In 2008, he fully built and implemented an Early Voting Ballot on Demand system. In 2017, he assisted with the design, execution, and launch of Florida's Online Voter Registration system. In recognition of his contributions, he was inducted into the Election Center Hall of Fame in 2023.

Wesley is a member of the Florida Supervisors of Elections (FSE) association representing Florida's 67 Election Supervisors. He has served in all Executive Officer positions and was the 2020-2021 President of the association. He now serves as a Board Member and Instructor. Notably, he was the first recipient of the FSE President's Award in 2016 for outstanding service to the association.

Wesley currently serves as a member of The Election Center Board of Directors. He serves on the Local Leadership Council of the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) as well as the Advisory Board of the Election Official Legal Defense Network (EOLDN). Wesley is a past Chair of the Elections Infrastructure Center for Information Sharing and Analysis Center (EI-ISAC) and is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Ocala.
